罐头食品主要加工工艺进展
摘要：本文介绍了罐头工业的发展历史、发展现状、所存在的问题，并着重介绍罐头的主要加工工艺，杀菌与包装的进展情况，以及新品种的开发情况。现存罐头种类多达百余种，而且增加速度飞快。罐头工业在食品工业中也占重要地位，罐头工业发展有着重要意义。

Abstract:This aticle introduce the history of canned foodindustry，the current situation of canned food and its existingproblems.Emphasis-ing the development of sterilizing and package and thedevelopment of the new canned food.The number of current kind of canned food isup to 100 and it is increasing.The canned food industry take main part in food industry and the development of it has a importent point.
