Industrial Enterprise Profits up by 38.2% in J

There remains a big increase in national industrial enterprise profits in Jan. through Feb, and US$143.79 billion profits generated by industrial enterprises above the designated size, up by 38.2% over the same period of last year.

In Jan. through Feb., there remains an improvement in industrial economic efficiency, and comprehensive index of economic efficiency is 149.3, up by 12.8% over the same period of last year. There is also a big increase in enterprise profits, and US$143.79 billion profits generated by enterprises above the designated size, up by38．2％，with an increased profit of RMB 39.78 billion, equal with the growth rate of last year. In Jan. through Feb., RMB29.25 billion losses by losing enterprises, up by 6%, while an decrease of 16.4% in the same period of last year.
